1) What is my right size?
Everything on this website is true to the sizes, so order what you wear normally.
2) Is length/size customization available?
We do not have any customization services available at the moment.
1) Can I try the product before buying?
Unfortunately, we do not have a store as of now where clients can try the items; all of our products are available on our website.
2) What are the Care Instructions on the T-shirt?
Machine wash works for all our products. Air dry. Avoid Dry-cleaning. Use Cold water.
DELIVERY
1) Is International Shipping available?
No.
2) Do you have a store pick-up option?
Currently not.
3) When can I expect my delivery?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, until specified with a date of shipping (in case of pre-orders). Please allow us 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered. International orders take 10 working days to get delivered.
4) How can I track my order?
You will receive an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date which is provided by our shipping aggregation service.
5) Where is my order shipped from?
All online orders are shipped from our shipment fulfilment in Gujarat, India.
6) Why is my order not delivered on the mentioned date?
Due to logistic issues out of our control, there may occasionally be a delay in shipping your order. Do not worry as we are only looking to fulfil all orders that are confirmed.

1) Is COD available?
Sorry, we do not have any COD options as of now.
2) How do I get an order confirmation?
You should receive an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received it.
3) I cannot place an order online.
No problem; reach out to customercare@prazie.in, and you can place an order over the phone by providing the required product and shipping details.
4) Can I change my delivery address?
Amendments in delivery address can be made if the order is in the "unfulfilled" status. Once the AWB is printed, changes cannot be modified. Drop an email to customercare@prazie.in immediately with your order number and the changes to be made.
5) How can I cancel or make changes to my order?
You can send an email regarding the changes to customercare@prazie.in.
6) How can I pay for my order?
Online Purchases can be done through CARD / RAZORPAY / UPI (GOOGLE PAY / PAYTM).
7) The product I want is out of stock, when will it be available?
At our brand, we strive to provide our customers with exclusive and unique designs. As such, we do not restock designs or sizes once they are sold out. This ensures exclusivity for our customers.
8) Is there any size exchange available?
We have an exchange policy of 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Go to the exchange portal on our website or reach out to us via email within 7 days. Exchanges must pass a quality check. Products returned after use, or without tags, will not be accepted.
9) How do I get my refund for prepaid orders?
The mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, contact your bank. Note: Promotional purchases will be refunded as store credit.
10) What is your return/refund policy?
We offer free 7-day no-questions-asked returns/exchanges. Refunds are processed within 24 hours upon pickup of the return order. Prepaid returns will be refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 working days from pickup.
11) I received a faulty/damaged product, what to do?
Kindly drop an email to customercare@prazie.in with the order number and pictures of the defect. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped.
1) Can I get a GST receipt for my order?
We will try to do it for you if we can. Please mail us your request with your order and GST details at customercare@prazie.in.
